Shipping & Returns:

We offer a 14 day returns policy on non-sale items. Items on sale cannot be refunded only exchanged. If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund, items need to be posted/couriered back to us within 14 days of being received unless otherwise stated. Please note that the customer will need to add an additional payment for the return label.

Customs:

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
